for those of you who cant read chinese, the title as you know..its says,
"Happy Chinese Festive Day"
yes, i know that festive day had passed like weeks ago but i just wanna post about what i did on that very special and warm evening with my awesome friends
中秋节 is when we Chinese gather around with our families and have a big dinner together among with cousins and relatives, then out to walk lanterns at night around the whole neighbourhood with friends
not to forget, the traditional must-have,
mooncakes!
i love mooncakes! its crunchy and burn well in the outside while its chewy and flavouring on the inside
i love mooncakes with saltly eggs inside! delicious~
there's also like tons of flavours..red bean, green tea and a whole lot more to enjoy
my mouth is already watering just by talking about it
ohh how i miss mooncakes
on 22nd of September if im not wrong, was the day of the celebration of MoonCake Day
did you know that on that typical day, the moon will always shine at its brightest of all?

on that night,
i went to Tiing darlingg's house :3 HEHE
why? to walk lanterns, duhhh..its fun!
walking around the whole neighbourhood with your friends carrying lanterns that light up the streets with laughters of us
so i should shut up and let the pictures do the talking now :)

after all those lighting up the candles over and over again due to the windy weather, but when we helped each other out..the lanterns for the night are finally done!
beautiful and colourful lights fit for the silent night and impenetrable darkness together with our joy =)
before preparing to "take off", a show of fireworks to start up our mood :D
the fireworks are really worth to see when you're with someone who you love being with..your friends and family =)
ready set go! ok, this aint a race..haha,
took off from tiing's house and off we go walking around the whole neighbourhood with lanterns for an hour, wheee~

he is sooooo cute, i had no idea who's son is this or who he related to but he is just so cute!
(lately, i've been crushing and phsyched alot about little kids :P awww, i miss my baby Shaqilah in kindergarden 2B..haha, she's such a cutie)
after walking like for quite a long time..we reach my friend's school, Chung Ching. =)
yes, i have a lot of friends there and im close with most of them eventhough im from St.Margaret's but hey, who says you cant be friends with other school's students?
we all are the same ya know :)
we were suppose to go in the school but its lock for some reason..usually they said its not lock..oh wells, at least we had fun
off we go, back to Tiing's house!
a lot of people aint it? that's what makes the tradition looks fun..full of people with smiles on their face =D
even tons of cute little kids are on the streets carrying cute little lanterns, walking cute-ly and looking so cute! majal cute..haha!
then i went home like 9.15 =)
MoonCake Festive Day is like my favourite festival of all!
despite dumpling day and all..hehe
let us all hope that this tradition will be carrying on forever like how it is from the early days
k-pop time!
